Dr. Krista Archer Is Now Recruiting Participants for a Toenail Fungus Study
Dr. Krista Archer, a leading podiatric surgeon on the Upper East Side of Manhattan, is serving as an investigator in a new clinical study evaluating the effectiveness of Jublia® (efinaconazole), a topical solution for toenail fungus(onychomycosis).
This study offers patients a unique opportunity to receive cutting-edge care while contributing to important research on advanced, non-invasive treatments for nail fungus.
ABOUT JUBLIA®
Jublia® (efinaconazole) 10% topical solution is an FDA-approved prescription medication used to treat fungal infections of the toenails. Applied daily to the affected nail, Jublia works by penetrating the nail surface and killing the fungus at its source, promoting healthy nail growth over time.
This study aims to further evaluate the safety and effectiveness of Jublia under specific clinical protocols, offering participants the chance to access expert care and follow-up throughout the process.
STUDY DETAILS
WHAT TO EXPECT AS A PARTICIPANT

Study Duration: 12 months

Frequency of Visits: Once per month, total of 12 visits

Location: Dr. Krista Archer’s office – Upper East Side, NYC

Compensation: Participants will receive $50 per visit to compensate for time and travel.
PARTICIPANT REQUIREMENTS
You may qualify if you:

Are 18 years or older

Have toenail fungus (onychomycosis) affecting at least one great toenail
-
Meet the specific eligibility criteria (screening will be conducted at Dr. Archer’s office)
- Can commit to 12 visits, once per month over the course of 12 months
